I’ve been starting to see a lot of people making apple cider vinegar concoctions to improve their health. I tried one, and found it not a pleasant experience to drink. Then someone forwarded me this awesome recipe for apple cider vinegar gummies, a way to get the health benefits in a tastier way.
Apple cider vinegar is one of the healthiest things you can drink. It helps control blood sugar levels, lowers the risk of heart disease, and boosts your digestive health. While taking it alone can be quite hard to swallow, try these apple cider vinegar gummies for a treat that even the kids will love!
Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies

- 1.5 cups organic apple juice
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 5 T gelatin powder
Combine the apple juice, apple cider vinegar and water in a large saucepan (no heat) and stir well. Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the liquid and mix, letting it sit for two minutes.
Switch on the heat to medium low and stir with a wooden spoon for five minutes until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
Pour the gelatin mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
You can use any kind of silicone molds. I got some nice heart shaped ones I like to use. Do you consume apple cider vinegar?
