HOW READING IMPROVES YOURS HEALTH

Summer is officially here, and as the dry warm heat settles in, not only do we find ourselves doing more activities but it is also a time to sit back and really enjoy the sun…and a good book. Reading could be exactly what you need this summer to improve your overall health! Here are some key points to why you might want to make a little more time to read this summer.
