Most of us these days spend a ton of time bend over our devices. We are a connected society and that means usually always attached to some device that’s dinging, chiming or buzzing at us. What also comes with this is some tense neck and shoulder muscles. My chiropractor jokingly called it “iPad neck” the last time I visited him. He suggested doing some yoga stretches for relief between visits. I found this under 20 minute video that guides us through just that.
