This recipe is a must try. It is AIP, Vegan, Gluten-free and really yummy. The spaghetti squash when cooked and shredded gives the texture similar to little noodles. It tastes just like real Chinese food without the trans fats from the oils they use in restaurants. If you aren’t vegan, you can throw some chicken or shrimp in there for added flavor.
The ingredients are:
Coconut Aminos ( soy sauce substitute)
Olive oil (I used avocado oil)
Onions ( I used chives)
Cabbage and Carrot or a Coleslaw mix
