Google, in all it’s (sometimes creepy) wisdom, offered me a video “I might like” this week. There was Dr Axe, a well known Naturopath, and he’s talking about vitamin D and vitamin D deficiency. I knew that vitamin D was really important for maintaining good health, and I thought “sure why not, it’s only a 6 minute video”.
